Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 days.
Shipments are not processed on Sundays or Holidays. Shipments may be delayed if we are experiencing a high volume of orders especially in peak seasons. We will communicate any changes via email/phone call. If your order is urgent please contact us at 876-669-6635 and we will try our best to have it rushed for you.

*We are not responsible for any shipping delays that may occur with our third party shippers. Third party shippers are used for any deliveries outside of Kingston, St.Andrew and some areas in St.Catherine. If there are any delays and we are alerted we will contact you via email to keep you informed.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive your shipping confirmation as soon as the package has been handed over to the courier. If you have any queries concerning the status of your shipment please contact us via telephone at 876-669-6635 if the order has already been shipped or via email at shop@kwbloombox.com if it has not yet been shipped.
Damages
KW Bloom Box is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping through our third party shippers. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently offer worldwide shipping on gift boxes and most items in our shop outside of florals and plants. Please contact us before placing an order outside of Jamaica if you are uncertain as to which items we are able to ship.
Customs, duties, and taxes
KW Bloom Box is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
